Exceptional and pretty impressive service.

I am a frequent user of this service. On this occasion, I realized that I had made a mistake with a delivery address to Dubai after I had completed and paid for the delivery. I promptly initiated a cancellation and I notified Customer service. I then completed a fresh submission and made another payment. I was informed that I would get a refund with 3 to 5 business days for my initial submission. What I thought would be an arduous delivery process, I was in awe when my contact in Dubai contacted me that My package to Dubai was delivered within 4days of drop-off.

I have used this service a few times already and it's always been excellent. Great value for money too
