Driver needs to pay attention to the address!

Normally UPS provides good service when I ship from USA to Australia. This time, it was a mess. I had two packages. The first one was lost, but eventually found. This one, had no issues until it was delivered. It was delivered to the WRONG unit. Admittedly, the unit numbers are confusing: 252, 252A and 252B. My daughter lives in 252A. The driver delivered it to 252. Normally not an issue, but the driver threw it over the locked gate and the owners were out of the country! Fortunately, my daughter was able to scale the fence and retrieve the package. Hopefully they don't do the same on my other package that was initially lost!

never ship to brazil

over a month later and i still haven’t received my parcel. ups brazil has been trying to get me to pay import taxes on my own property. i’ve sent them my proof through four different channels and they insisted i needed to pay.
apparently, the parcel has been liberated but with no date for delivery. i have no idea if i will ever see my property. i’ve given up. -
SCAM: STAY AWAY

SCAM, took $100 and didn't deliver the shipment. Nor was the product returned to me neither was the courier money. Stay away from Parcel Monkey, they are SCAMMERs ripping people of their money without prejudice.
