UPS Fumbles the Ball

Paid to have a small international package arrive in three days. All documentation was included. The recipient wasn't at home at the time the delivery was attempted. That was two weeks ago. He's been in touch with UPS and is still trying to get the package from them.

Promised delivery on 4/9 then moved to 4/10, then 4/11, 4/13. Not good service at all.
