Scammed at final delivery

So. This is our second shipment Toni done sia with UPS. For one. The customs duty for Indonesia are crazy, a letter cost us 60US to import. However, this is not UPS‘s fault.
The one star review is due to the fact that once the package made it to the hub in Bandung, the didn’t ‘revive’ the customs payment at the local office. The local delivery people charge us extra for a a ‘special delivery’ while they waited for the check. What a scam.
