3 stars because they delivered my package without damage. However that's about all the good stuff I have to say about them. They failed to present my documents to costoms, so I was hit with a ridiculously high import duty. They didn't even call or email to tell me my package was being held by costoms for duty. After wasting 3 days I was able to get the information required to pay the duties and the cherry on top is they still charged me brokerage fees. The staff were very unprofessional (when they finally responded to numerous phone calls) and emails were replied days after I found solutions to my problems myself.

Late Delivery and no communication.

Delivery was promised for 3/23/2026. Item was finally delivered on 3/27/2026. No explanation for the delay or late delivery. Better communication would be appreciated! Thank you!!
