Got there a little late, but considering covid and international reasons I am still very satisfied with the shipment time. The package was torn open, but sealed up after and nothing was lost or damaged. Maybe it was from an accident, but the opening did seem like it was a manmade opening.

Very easy to prepare package and the drop off location was local. I was able to track the parcel all the way. The parcel contained important documents and it got to the destination quickly and safely. Very happy with the service indeed and I would strongly recommend.

Indian customs have a duty levied, and UPS has charged disbursement fees which totals ~20$ to the recipient which is 50% additional to what I paid for the courier (just documents). I was thinking that the value of the items is for an insurance purpose and mentioned the value for documents as 15$. Should have better guidance for filing the custom forms.
