ABSOLUTE RIPOFF BOGUS CUSTOMS CHARGES MOST EXPENSIVE PIECE OF PAPER I EVER SENT

Shocking! UPS charged me $17 for one piece of paper on an envelope, alleging customs charges that are completely bogus and extorsive. You don't pay, you don't get your document. What you are paying for? Undisclosed. This is a major rip-off. One piece of paper valued at $1 and no explanation whatsoever about this "charge". Never again UPS! I am making a claim on this fraudulent charge. Shame Parcelmonkey also for doing this to customers. Things must be upfront and disclosed. First time ever in my entire life that I get a fake customs charge to send a piece of paper across the pond. Shame you all!

The process was easy to choose and pay upfront but I paid for two day service, allegedly, but it was delivered well after the two days and apparently, I owed an additional $30~ USD for fees and taxes that was not included in the original cost of $27~. Had I went straight through UPS, I would have known my entire upfront costs and avoided the middle man that presented itself as cheaper. I had a question after I paid as the label incorrectly stated I was a commerce site and was advised to complete an extra form, although not a requirement. The label information was not correct as I stated, via the online forms, I was sending a gift as an individual not a business. It took Parcel Monkey three or four days to finally respond and at that point, I had already shipped the package.
