Package is very late for an important project

Not happy at all. Package was suppose to take 2 to 5 business days as an express package. Sent it on 11/19/2020 first delivery was late November, today it shows early December. Not happy at all.

3 days to get to Norway, but 10 days in Norway to move the last mile

UPS did a fine job getting our overseas shipment from the US to Norway. But it sat for over a week in the receiving country before it was eventually delivered. I understand customs and COVID must be a bear to manage, but it still took way longer than it should have.
