Website was easy, chose UPS, label printed no problems, UPS store received and shipped. UPS tracking worked. Saved at around $11-40/box on UPS/USPS to Japan. Arrived on time no problems. Thanks for your service!

I went to the shipping store and got a quote that was outrageously expensive... so I went online to see if I could find a better deal. Parcel Monkey found me a deal for the EXACT SAME SERVICE for 5x’s LESS! I printed out the label email, and took my parcel back to the same store to drop off for shipping. I’m so grateful!
