If in doubt use a named delivery service

I was a little nervous after reading so many negative reviews. So I chose the named- UPS service-
It was wonderful- my parents received an email saying the parcel would be delivered on Thursday- It was delivered on Thursday as promised- they had to pay duty on it of $15.
I would for sure use the service again, I got a quote from UPS for the exact same service as I got from Parcel Monkey and it was $225.00 I saved over $150.

Expensive - but worth the money. Parcel shipped from Florida to Ireland arrived in 6 days, intact. Great service.
