Could not have asked for a better experience. Booked it online. Simple drop off at UPS. Text/Email updates everyday showing me where it was. Arrived 1 day earlier than anticipated in the UK. My mum was ecstatic from West Coast USA to UK in just 4 or 5 days. FANTASTIC.

Thank you for the great service, my package sent from Texas to Liverpool was received timely and undamaged. Cost was more than expected but worth it considering delays due to the pandemic.
