Additional Charges, charged after shipping is not right.
I do not agree.
All packaging weight and dimension were right as original quatation.
I packed them myself.

Please update your custom forms, i have selected personal items for the export reasons but invoice generated with OTHERS and due to this I had to pay 175 GBP as customs duties.

This package never reached the destination ,
Parcel is lost, We were not notified.
I need full refund of merchandise insured with shipping cost.
