So much cheaper

compared to the big carrier's shipping charges, Parcel Monkey's rates are so much better. Last time I selected the cheapest UPS rate and the package took six weeks to arrive. This time I selected a slight higher UPS Expedited rate and the package arrived in less than two weeks.

Anyway, thank you for sending the shipment and for its reduced price, but it taked more time 15 days Since I wanted to send it in just 5 days !!

I was not informed by UPS by the reason of package delayed. Package arrived way later than expected delivery. I had to pay extra fees upon delivery.
