Seamless process and easy to understand directions. Paperwork was minimal and no delivery issues. Delivered on time and package was in good condition and can be tracked every step of the way until delivery. Reasonable pricing.

Great service, exceptional value, fast shipping. Shipped from Seattle to UK using UPS rate shown on Parcel Monkey. No additional VAT charged on delivery. Parcel was a coat left behind after a recent visit. Highly recommend. Will use again for UK shipments.

UPS isn't anymore what they used to be!

The last few months it seems to have a big issue with UPS, first they lost a parcel few months ago and I still have a pending case waiting with absolutely no reaction at all from the team in Switzerland, I'll most likely contact their general manager and file a police report against UPS, as my parcel was insured and UPS owe me the insurance amount.
Then few weeks ago I organized a pickup between 11Am and 1PM for an extremely urgent letter, delivery next day before noon, no one came for the pick up, we had to rush to an UPS office and they finally delivered one business day later, still waiting the refund of the fees paid to UPS for a service not done.
This time, delivery was supposed to be yesterday before 2PM, I took time off from my work to be home for this delivery and what a surprise, nobody came, the enveloppe delivery was tagged on the way till very late on the evening, but got delivered only today end of the afternoon, more than 24h late... again unacceptable!!
