Lack of communication made itcall too stressful

It took about 3 weeks to receive the parcel. There was no communication and noone knew anything. The only option they gave us was to create a Claim. Everyday the day was moved in the evening. Everyday someone had to be in the house waiting for the parcel to arrive. Only when we were able to speak with someone, we were told it was in Customs and somehow, it moved to Out for Delivery and 4 days later arrived. The communication is really bad and chat box useless as only sends you to the sane page we started with. Very worrying, frustrated and upset.

Very unhappy paid for item to get there by a certain date. Since people can't read in SA was trying to get more money for a package. Package took 3 extra weeks to get delivered.
