Going the extra mile

UPS did an amazing job. I shipped a 9 lb. package to Hong Kong and it was delivered in perfect condition, even wrapped in plastic wrap because of all the rain there. It took only 5 days from drop off to delivery. Who could ask for more. Thank you UPS!

Not Expedited

I paid extra for an expedited delivery in time for my Granddaughter's birthday. Unfortunately the parcel did not arrive in a timely manner. It was frustrating as the package was so close; and yet went from the UK to Germany to the Uk and back to Germany, back to the UK, stayed in the UK and will finally go to Belfast on Wednesday.

Absolutely amazing service for the best price I used to waste so much money sending by usps which took weeks I used ups via parcel monkey my cousin shipped my item from New York on Wednesday and it arrived in the uk on Friday. So impressed

The absolute worst!

Sending this letter was a nightmare. Received a request for a POA (nobody knows why ... it was a freacking LETTER). They did not respond to emails. Phone calls reached a stupid AI system, with no chance to talk to a human. Then finally, after 21 hours they sent an email with the request for a POA for "importing" a letter! Then they charged an additional amount (60% of the original cost) to "represent" me in front of the importing authorities. The letter was opened but finally arrived. Absolutely dissapointed!
