Horrible service. I've never had an issue with UPS until working with Parcel Monkey. My packages have been stuck for weeks and they won't provide an answer as to why they are stuck. We paid for expedited 2-5 days shipping from NYC to Germany and they are now stuck for 3 weeks and we are losing customers. Will never again use this service.

Beware shipments to Germany - disaster!

Horrible service, this box went from NYC to Louisville, back to Philadelphia, to Paris and now has been sitting in Cologne for 10 days and still hasn't delivered. I'm not sure what Parcel Monkey is doing with these boxes but it takes 3 times as long to reach my destination
