I was nervous - but it was a GREAT experience

I was apprehensive about using this service. I thought it was a come on -but I needed to return an item and when I tried to see how much it would cost with UPS or USPS -it was costing a LOT more on each of their websites. I decided to give it a try and it allowed me to book UPS Ground (I was unable to even see pricing for ground on UPS which was disappointing. Parcel Monkey was so easy! It also allowed me to print a label when I finished. I would definitely recommend parcelmonkey for getting the best pricing for mailing packages either by UPS or USPS!
