The courier was prompt and timely with the delivery. I give the courier 5 stars. However Parcel Monekey isn't as cost friendly as it use to be.
The services they offer use to save money. I used this service for my business and personal reasons. The fact of the matter is Parcel Monkey isn't what it use to be

“Receiver moved” and sent the package back but the receiver lives there. No refund.

Waited for 45 min for a label and will miss a shipping day if i wait any longer. Credit my account and can not use service

Reliable for Domestic shipments, not the best for international shipments according to my experiences.
