The UPS employees were GREAT from the beginning when I dropped off 7 boxes in North Kingston ,Rhode Island 02852 until they were dropped off in Port Charlotte, FL. 33980. I am very pleased that I worked with 2 great companies, Parcel Monkey and UPS.
I will never use anyone else. Thank you for all of your hard work.

This was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I can say it was a great experience. The website is easy to navigate and they provide multiple levels of shipping and time frames for delivery. My package arrived within the allocated day/time slot and I was notified of its delivery. Prior to sending the package, a separate message was sent to the receiver with all of the tracking information. I will use them again.

Good value but some damage

Package arrived on time, but boxes were banged up. Some items inside were broken. I packed them around bedding so the weight could have been my fault however the boxes looked like they had been though alot.
