I shipped 4 wheels with tires, it was a staggered set (265 front 285 rear). The shipper "measured" them and overcharged me 61% above the quoted price.
Wheels with tires are easy to measure, it very hard to get it wrong.

extremely disappointed, packaged delayed, delivery time doubled. Parcelmonkey customer service lied and lied and never helped.
