Not telling everything about extra charges

Ok - so I was charged extra for inaccurate weight or size, but not given exactly what was incorrect. This I find is a bit shady because if I'm being charged extra for the corrected weight/size it should be shown where I was wrong or the difference. Makes me think I need to take pictures on all measurements for proof.
