Excellent service - cuts cost nicely - convenient for UPS drop-off - the only issue is that their website is touchy - often won't let you go to the next page, even when all questions are answered.

Shipped another package through Parcel Monkey with UPS and it was great. Printed the label, dropped it off at UPS location, and package delivered to recipient. The package arrived exactly as packaged in great condition. Will continue to use this service.
