2 days now with no resolve

Ripped off and no package

Do NOT ship with UPS, They did not send me an alert that my guitar entered Thailand and needed some paperwork. They did not send any paperwork to my address to advise I needed paperwork.
I kept checking with Parcel Monkey, we have shipped 12 boxes with them to Thailand and NOTHING WAS noted here.
I even saw a need to pay customs and did thinking my package was waiting on that.
NOPE, they are telling me my package was abandoned, BY UPS NOT ME.
THE ONLY PACKAGE I HAD DIFFICULTY WITH WAS A DIRECT PACKAGE FROM UPS
