Very disappointed

Very disappointing service. Booked parcel on a Thursday, soonest pickup was Monday. I stayed at home all day monday, UPS did not arrive. On Tuesday parcel monkey arranged a new pickup day for the Thursday, 1 while week after booking. UPS did not arrive. I was told I could take it to a pick-up point which I would have done on the first day of booking if knew it was an option. The parcel did not arrive on time because of these delays there is obviously a communication problem between parcel monkey and UPS. Today I receive a message to say parcel monkey are taking extra money from my account because of a difference in size or weight. I measured and weighed the parcel before booking it was correct. Very disappointing I won't use this service again even though I have more parcels to send.

Dear Jennifer, we are very sorry to hear about your experience with UPS. As since the beginning of the COVID19 crise no carrier guaranties their pick ups anymore, unfortunately. As per the extra charges, the charge is simply one handed to ourselves directly from the carrier to pass on to the sender, as it is the senders responsibility to ensure the measurements provided at the time of booking are as accurate as possible. Any goods that are mis-declared are subject to these charges as they are using additional space in the couriers network, which of course incurs extra fees. fast effiecient service

fast, efficient, not expensive third time of using and no problems at all. I did get an extra charge of 1.98 don't know what for but was content it was legitimate .

Additional charges

The delivery was excellent.
After it was delivered you informed me that there was an additional charge. Where and how do I respond to your emails?
You seem to have taken the extra charge from my bank? How can you take money from my account without me giving authorization? I did not, knowingly, give permission for my card details to be saved.
