lost parcles, damaged and ignored by customer service. oh the parcel you told me the customer in another country refused delivery of when it never left france based on your own tracking system? The package you held for ransom and you then charged me for the return? And for clarity you mean the customs declaration that was completed that your delivery driver lost? I think you might want to check all your facts before you respond to an angry customer who is in dispute for 3 months trying to get delivery and insurance claims back for lost and damaged packages. And just so that anyone else reading this review knows, I have asked several times for access to the data your company holds under the GDPR reguations - subject access request which you told me you hold no data on me......I think you might want to read your privacy statements on your own website about data collection and storage before lying.

There was an issue that I did not put the declaration of my items on the parcel and was agreed that it would be collected the next day once I corrected this mistake which I have. This was all communicated through the receptionist of my building and not directly to me through email, call or text. But no courier arrived and I want to cancel and get a refund but there is no option for that. There was no communication with the courier and myself, no email to let me know they couldn't take the parcel or there was an issue. If there was, this process would have been a lot smoother. I want my money back as no service was given.
