I paid to mail a package back to Isreal. It went to Chicago. I'm out $175.00.

Please note that all international shipments are routed via our warehouse Carol Stream, IL US for X-ray to identify if any prohibited available in the parcel. Once it is done then it will dispatch to the destination.
As per tracking ref# CA001279842JE the parcel was delivered to receiver in Isreal on 13th Sep.

14-21 day delivery has been over a month. Terrible tracking service. Literally just says in transit and doesn't tell you anything else. Just spend the extra money and go with a big company. Absolutely ridiculous

Kindly note that the parcel was received and dispatched on 27th Aug using tracking ref# 36FDR5449064 and delivered to receiver in Australia on 2nd Sep within 14 business days.
