I really appreciated the help of DHL Express. They picked everything up on the day I booked, and the price was reasonable, especially given how quickly they promised to get everything to the destination. There was a little bit of trouble at the other end: there were customs surcharges that I had not anticipated, as well as a delay with customs requiring further information; I wonder if those things could have been avoided, if more questions had been asked at the start?
With the parcel monkey form, I found it a bit frustrating that I could not go back and revise it at a later stage -- the declared contents became fixed before I was quite ready. In the end, every single box was searched at customs and then repacked, but I did get everything safely within 10 days.

This worked very well. I couldn’t navigate the DHL site and the customs categories etc etc to send a package to friends in the UK. Parcel Monkey made it happen. Yay.
