The dimensions of your parcel were audited by UPS : 88,9 x 45,7 x 45,7 cm.
You'll read in our Terms and Conditions that misdeclared dimensions will be invoiced based on carrier's audited dimensions.

awful service item got broken and Parcel Monkey no help they read this and just send bog standard reply telling me to make contact I have umpteen times nobody deals with it I am the customer its for PM to be proactive and sort the problem out HELLO CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE
